Welcome to Syfer Studio. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Syfer Studio website located at https://syferstudio.com/ (the “Site”) and the services we provide. 1. About Us
Syfer Studio is an IT and digital design agency based in Sri Lanka. We specialize in providing the following services:

- UI/UX Design
- Web Development
- Brand Design
2. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site or our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by Syfer Studio.
Client Projects: Intellectual property rights for specific client projects—such as final web designs, UI/UX prototypes, and branding assets—will be transferred to the client upon full receipt of payment, as outlined in the individual project proposal or contract. Syfer Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project’s commencement.
4. User Representations and Responsibilities
When you engage our services or use our Site, you agree that:
- All information you provide to us is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
- You have the legal right to use and share any text, images, or other assets you provide to us for your projects, and providing these assets does not violate any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
- You will not use our Site or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Fees and Payment
Specific fees, payment schedules, and project scopes for our Web Development, UI/UX, and Branding services are determined on a per-project basis and will be detailed in a separate formal proposal, statement of work, or contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.
- Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material that interferes with the Site’s functionality.
7. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Site and our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Sri Lanka.
